S.T.A.L.K.E.R.S. ... Gather around me, as I tell you a story ... the story of 'Autumn Aurora' ...A fellow STALKER wandered around in the zone. Leaves red, wind blowing through carrying them around his face. He looked up, clear skies. The zone was beautiful this time a year. He grabbed his bolt and detector and went out on artifact hunt. They only show when you can detect them with your detector. http://www.moddb.com/mods/autumn-aurora-compilation-mod/images/artifact-hunt#imagebox Going on, he grabbed his gear and went on wandering. The zone, as overgrown and peaceful as it is was, was still a dangerous place. He encountered a fellow stalker and traded a bit with him. He had a quite big backpack so the STALKER was sure to get some loot of him. All the sounds including the guitar that the end are from the game as you should know except for two I Believe the punch and Stab are not from the game as well as maybe the Geiger I had to get a different one because the game has them separate and it would be extremely tedious for me so I got a full one which was simpler." GOAL: More boar like look while signaling a more miserable condition. APPROACH: New facial design while adding more mutation and emphasis on an unhealthy and torn hide/body condition Added scratches, blood, tumors and greater contrast between healthy and unhealthy body parts. There are two very distinct boar skins included in MISERY 2.1Boar retextured

There is a constant, day-time background radiation affecting the player everywhere on the maps except for places which normally are surge hideouts, 2. Intensity of this radiation is primarily dependent on the amount of sunlight, 3. The more sunlight, the more severe radiation, meaning the sunniest days being the most deadly ones, 4. Radiation is severely decreased in rain or fog and it's dependent on the time of day and ceases completely during nights, 5. The player can shield himself from this radiation with normal means (suits, helmets, drugs) however, attaining a complete protection on a sunny / lightly clouded day is impossible, 6. Major changes to made to the Alife to support the above: regular NPC squads only venture out at nights, and during day remain in secure factional hideouts (locations of some factional bases moved to more secluded places). Well-equipped scientific squads have wider hours of activity, 7. Story-related NPC squads who're bound to stay outside permanently dress in proper protective suits to justify their presence there, 8. Increased mutant spawns and activity to fill the now deserted locations, previously lived in by humans, 9. In all seriousness, ever since MISERY started out there was the complaint of it being 'too brown'. It was called 'SHITTERY', 'Shit', 'The P.O.O.P. mod' and a whole other array of names. Well, I took things into my own hands and decided to whip up PRZ3 (Yes, that's not a typo) for MISERY, exclusive. I started this project just after I've released PRZ2 for SHoC. Monolith can commit suicide if defeated. From Stalker lore/wiki: "The Monolith stalker clan is a xenophobic religious cult, hostile to all but their own, that is a major part of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat and appears in a supporting role in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky. A religious cult that is hostile to all but their own, the Monolithians believe in the power of the Wish Granter, rumored to be an alien artifact hidden in the center of the Zone. Members of this faction devote their lives to protecting the secret of the Great Crystal, ensuring that no one ever reaches the center of the Zone. A typical Monolithian is a former stalker brainwashed by one of the psychic emitters throughout the Zone into serving the will of the C-Consciousness, unflinchingly loyal and ready to sacrifice himself at a moment's notice. This extreme loyalty is achieved by creating intense religious fanatism in the mind of the stalker, directed towards the Monolith. While physically, they are on par with other stalkers, their religious fervor sets them apart and allows them to ignore wounds and continue to fight, even after they run out of ammo. Stories abound of fanatical Monolith Stalkers, after running out of ammo, ditch their weapons and attempt to kill the enemy with their bare hands, no matter how grievous their wounds. This same fervor also prevents others from capturing a Monolith member – if taken into custody, he will commit suicide in any way possible (even by smashing his head against the wall)." MANUAL REPAIR OF WEAPONRY AND ARMORS Started with the task of re-implementiong singular Repair Kit item known in many mods and has evolved into a system of: - 25+ repair tools - 50+ items usable for repair as materials or effectivity enhancers - 500+ unique and intuitive combinations between them All those items are scattered around the gameworld in every possible way which allows for improvised / makeshift repairs of equipment in the field. This is especially important for armors as they degrade in logarytmic way - making damaged armor pieces attain additional damage at increasingly faster rate. A religious cult that is hostile to all but their own, the Monolithians believe in the power of the Wish Granter, rumored to be an alien artifact hidden in the center of the Zone. Members of this faction devote their lives to protecting the secret of the Great Crystal, ensuring that no one ever reaches the center of the Zone. A typical Monolithian is a former stalker brainwashed by one of the psychic emitters throughout the Zone into serving the will of the C-Consciousness, unflinchingly loyal and ready to sacrifice himself at a moment's notice. This extreme loyalty is achieved by creating intense religious fanatism in the mind of the stalker, directed towards the Monolith. While physically, they are on par with other stalkers, their religious fervor sets them apart and allows them to ignore wounds and continue to fight, even after they run out of ammo. Stories abound of fanatical Monolith Stalkers, after running out of ammo, ditch their weapons and attempt to kill the enemy with their bare hands, no matter how grievous their wounds. This same fervor also prevents others from capturing a Monolith member – if taken into custody, he will commit suicide in any way possible (even by smashing his head against the wall)."
